Processing and Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be processed within 2 - 5 business days after your full payment has been received.
  • Shipment time will be between 2 - 7 business days depending on your physical address. The total wait time after you place your order will be between 4 - 12 business days. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered.
  • If you are paying by certified check or money order, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear.
  • If you are local, and would like to save on shipping costs, we offer a Walk-In Option.
  • Free shipping offer valid on standard ground shipping only to orders shipping within the continental United States

Rush Shipping Policy

  • We offer priority handling and delivery on most items upon request. For special instructions, please order by phone.
  • Rush shipping fees and expedited shipping costs and custom charges are not refundable.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations of orders are accepted without penalty before the close of business on the day purchased. A 3% processing fee penalty will be charged for all cancellations after the day of purchase.
  • No Cancellations are accepted after order has been shipped.


EverCube™ Limited Warranty Policy

  • EverCube™ manufacturer warranty is offered in different lengths for specific products, please refer to the product page for details.
  • EverCube™ products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty to the original owner.
  • This warranty excludes damage caused by improper setup, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • The warranty is voided by non-factory modifications and repairs by unauthorized personnel.
  • All warranties are limited to factory provided replacement parts, and in-factory repairs or replacements are at the discretion of EverCube™.
  • Only qualified authorized dealers may perform repairs under warranty terms. EverCube™ will offer free unlimited telephone support for end-customers as well as dealers in an effort to install or replace parts sent by EverCube™.


Return and Warranty Shipment Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of when the product ships from our warehouse. After 30 days, all repairs and replacements will follow our warranty policy.
  • Shipping damages must be reported upon receipt of the package. Defective items or missing parts  must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Returns and exchange will not be accepted for any other reason.
  • When returning a product within 30 days for non-warranty related issues, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to all EverCube™ products. Customer’s original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items returned after 30 days may incur extra charges.  
  • When requesting a return or exchange, we may ask you to send us a picture of the defective
  • product, and we will always require that you provide proof of purchase in the form of your receipt.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, and with the authorization of EverCube™.
  • For warranty-related returns and exchanges, EverCube™ will be responsible for return ground shipping of parts.


Sales Tax

  • We collect sales tax in the state of California. All shipments to CA are subject to California Sales Tax.
  • Resellers must provide valid reseller's license in order to be considered Tax Exempt.
